Outdoor Adventure Part One: Hiking

Right now, I'm so glad to be in Utah and be near the mountains. A week or so ago, Lance and I hiked to the top of Ensign Peak. It's a short, but steep little hike that gives you an amazing view of the whole Salt Lake Valley. Typical of Lance...
The view...
Of course nothing could get much better than hanging out in Big Cottonwood Canyon on a cool, beautiful, perfect day with a good friend.
My friend, Teresa, and I started out at Silver Lake, then hiked a steep one mile to...
Twin Lake. It was so much fun and felt so good to be getting some excercise and breathing in the fresh mountain air.

Wow! Great photos! I've never been to Ensign Peak. Do you think a crippled old lady could do that hike?

Would that cool mountain air keep if you sent it in a little bottle? My air is not so fresh just now. So glad you're getting the hiking in.
