Crazy Hair!

We love Skye's crazy hair! We hope you do, too!

More Firsts

Here is Skye doing her first boulder problem! She loves crawling around and climbing up the stairs. Now she's just got to start climbing up the rock! She actually she stood on it by herself for a little while. It was a lot of fun!

First Camping Trip

Lance and I tried taking Skye camping for the first time last weekend. She had fun at first playing outside all evening long.

Here we are in front of our new, big tent. Unfortunately, Skye wouldn't sleep in her strange new surroundings so we had to come home in the middle of the night. I think we'll wait a little longer before we try that again!

Lance got this really cool picture of the fire, though!

Firsts

Last Saturday Skye took her first horse ride! Some of our neighbors have a horse and they were letting all the kids that live in our townhomes take a ride. Skye loves animals so we were really excited. I just held onto her and walked along side the horse as she took a little ride! It was a lot of fun and she smiled most of the time she was on the horse.

Monthly Birthdays

I have taken a picture of Skye on each of her monthly birthdays to see her progression. She looks so much different now than when she was first born! This first picture of her is when she was two days old.

The Joy of Motherhood

So one day, Skye was happily playing in the living room, being a good girl while I did the dishes. A few minutes had gone by and I decided to look and see what she was doing. Well, she sure was having fun! She had gotten into a box of matches and had dumped them out all over the floor! I'm scared to think what she'll be doing as soon as she can walk! Ah, the joys of motherhood!

Just being cute!
