Lance and I tried taking Skye camping for the first time last weekend. She had fun at first playing outside all evening long.
Here we are in front of our new, big tent. Unfortunately, Skye wouldn't sleep in her strange new surroundings so we had to come home in the middle of the night. I think we'll wait a little longer before we try that again!
Lance got this really cool picture of the fire, though!

I'm so excited you have a blog now so we can stay caught up with Skye! It's too bad camping didn't work out yet...I bet she loved playing in the dirt though! We can't believe she's almost one!!!
You and Skye look so cute in that picture by the tent! Too bad Skye did not enjoy her first campout. Someday...
I can't believe you have already taken her camping! We were going to go camping for our first time as a family but then it got rained out. We even bought a tent and everything. And well Megan is 4 1/2 and Bryson is almost 18 months. So good job at getting her outdoors a little quicker. And you are already teaching her about your passions, I love it! Keep posting pictures of you too, I like seeing you too.
