Skye loves playing with the cats. She had so much fun this one day, I just had to film it and let everybody see!

Another County Fair

We went to Tremonton last Friday to celebrate some birthdays and to go to the Box Elder County Fair (which, by the way, is a lot better than the Davis County Fair). Skye had a lot of fun again, looking at all of the animals. And so did we! She loves quack quacks (ducks). Petting a bunny.
Looking at the Texas Longhorn and his pony friend.
Those really were some long horns!
Skye liked the moo moo cows so much she touched this one's nose! My dad said she kept saying, "ohh, ohh, ohh," as she looked at them.
How cute!
Piggy love!
Uncle Trav rescued this balloon for Skye. She was so happy!
My grandpa just turned 90 yesterday! Can you believe it?
"Where's the kitty?" Skye wants to know. She kept shrugging her shoulders and saying, "ki, ki" all night long.
Being cute again. Here's the birthday boy and the birthday girl. My cousin, Kakoli, turned the big 20 last week.
Here's a picture of all of us.

The County Fair

We took Skye to the Davis County Fair today to see the animals. They have a little petting zoo that she had a lot of fun in. Her favorite animals to pet were the pot belly pigs!

Skye's Hat Obsession

Skye is obsessed with hats. It is her favorite word to say. She's the best hat spotter you've ever seen. She can spot a hat on a person from a mile away. That's the first thing she notices in any photo or picture in a book and she says, "hat" to let you know she has found it. She also loves putting hats on her head as well as anything that remotely resembles a hat and some things that don't even come close to looking like one as you will see. Enjoy!
The cute hat from Aunt Millie.
Drum hat.
Baseball cap.
The funny hat...
that's too big!
Shorts make a good hat.
Who knew a washcloth could make such a cute hat?
Headbands are actually hats.
Even shoes can be hats.
Sun hat.
Shirt hat.
Cottage cheese bowl hat.
Afterall, cheese is another one of her obsessions!
The stocking hat.
Rubber duck hat.
Kitty ball hat.
Just another hat.

Hi Daddy!

Hi Daddy (Lance)!!!! This post is for you (but hopefully everyone will look at the cute video). Skye and I just wanted to say hi so you can look at your two favorite girls in the whole world anytime you have a computer near!

Lance and I have been using web cams to talk to each other. Skye loves to see him. When we were first testing it out, Lance was at work and couldn't talk, but he left his camera on so Skye could see him. She kept blowing him kisses! It was so cute so my mom got the camera and filmed it. Now, that is the first thing she does every time we talk to him!

New Home

After almost a week, Lance has finally found us somewhere to live in Phoenix. We were hoping to find a house to rent until we could save enough for a downpayment on our very own house, but instead, he found these townhomes. I wasn't too sure about it at first, but after hearing Lance say how nice they were and then seeing these pictures, I decided it seemed like a pretty good place. Doesn't it look nice? I'm very excited to be moving in in another month!
